This leader will be responsible for empowering Cint’s global organization with the tools and real-time insights that drive platform performance, commercial strategy and operational efficiency. Our vision is to move beyond reporting into a world of intelligent automation, AI‑driven insights, and strategic value creation. You will lead the transition to a scalable, self‑service ecosystem that empowers every department to make impactful, real‑time decisions.
Responsibilities

- Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Customer Experience, Trust & Safety, Marketing and Product to align the BI roadmap with global goals.
- Define and operationalize enterprise KPIs and executive‑level dashboards to ensure consistent measurement of business performance and accountability.
- Oversee the evolution of our modern cloud data stack, ensuring it is optimized for high‑performance querying, cost‑efficiency, scalability and reliability.
- Unify enterprise data models across the organization to eliminate fragmented silos and ensure a single, governed, and trusted "Source of Truth".
- Maintain ownership of data cataloging, quality, and governance standards while ensuring BI platforms and data assets comply with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements across regions.
- Establish rigorous data quality, observability, and reliability standards to build sustained trust in analytics and reporting.
- Own vendor relationships and the BI budget, focusing on Total Cost of Ownership and Databricks compute efficiency.
- Oversee and ensure timely delivery of month‑end data while implementing automation to streamline processes and improve long‑term efficiency.
- Champion the use of AI and advanced analytics to automate insights, enhance forecasting, and surface proactive recommendations for the business.
- Lead the transition to modern BI tools, empowering teams to explore data independently while maintaining governance.
- Lead organizational change management and data literacy initiatives to drive adoption of self‑service BI and analytics across the business.
- Lead and mentor a global team of engineer and analyst professionals, transitioning the function from manual data processing to high‑value strategic innovation.
Qualifications Required
- Skilled at leading distributed, high‑performing teams through organizational change, platform migrations, and tool modernizations, while fostering a culture of collaboration, data literacy, and innovation.
- Proven track record of leading global BI functions within technology companies.
- Deep understanding of modern data stacks, specifically Databricks.
- Experience leading teams through organizational change, platform migrations, and tool deprecations.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex data infrastructure concepts into clear business value for non‑technical senior leadership.
- Experience managing remote/distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, CS, Data Science) or equivalent professional experience.
Essential Qualities
- You don’t just build reports; you build systems that scale and solve long‑term business problems.
- You can balance the competing needs of different departments while maintaining a unified data standard.
- You are comfortable leading through ambiguity and can pivot strategies as business priorities evolve.
Nice to Have
- Strategic oversight or hands‑on experience in implementing AI‑driven automation and predictive analytics within a BI function.
- Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones and cultures.
- Familiarity with the digital insights, market research, or programmatic space.
