Role Overview

Senior Sales Performance Analyst – Part‑time

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic reporting and insights: work with Rev Ops and senior commercial managers to present high‑level visibility into quota attainment, pipeline health, and win/loss trends, explaining the “why” behind the numbers.
  • Sales leadership liaison: serve as the primary analytical contact for global Sales Leadership, presenting findings that influence commercial strategy and territory planning.
  • Remote networking & collaboration: build relationships across a remote‑first team and coordinate with Marketing, Business Intelligence, Finance, Product and Customer & Partner Experience to ensure a single source of truth for revenue data.
  • Advanced data modeling: analyse multi‑dimensional datasets to identify correlations between business activities and long‑term revenue growth.
  • Forecasting excellence: lead refinement of sales forecasting models and collaborate with FP&A to align sales optimism with financial reality.
  • CRM governance: oversee Salesforce data integrity, automate manual reporting and improve user experience for the sales team.
  • Ad‑hoc strategic projects: support major business initiatives, such as new market entries, pricing strategies or compensation plan modelling, with bespoke analytical deep dives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Commercial Finance focused on performance analysis, managing delivery to senior stakeholders (Sales VP, Commercial MD or C‑level).
  • Excellent networking and communication skills in an international/remote/hybrid setting, able to influence peers and stakeholders.
  • Expert proficiency in Excel, Google Suite and Salesforce; advanced experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI or similar) and Spark SQL for Databricks highly preferred.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen – able to translate data into persuasive language for sales teams and to read P&L and Balance Sheet.
  • Highly autonomous – able to work independently in a part‑time capacity, manage deadlines and stakeholders with minimal supervision.

Additional Information

Candidate must reside within commutable distance of London office.
