The Role: The role of a General Manager is simple… to create unforgettable customer experiences for our valued customers!
Responsibilities:
- Management of the team to ensure that exceptional food, pizzas, and drinks are made and served.
- Communicate with customers and build exceptional experiences for them.
- Manage a team with supervisory experience.
- Ensure adherence to Health and Safety and other operational requirements.
- Achieve company targets such as sales, food costs, and labour costs.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout each department to exceed customer expectations.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Recruit and train new members of staff with the support of the rest of the management team, both front of house and back of house.
- Continuously look for opportunities to drive sales and ‘think outside the box’ while keeping in touch with the local community to maximise sales opportunities.
