The Role of a Front of House is simple… to create unforgettable customer experiences for our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for managing the customer meal experience.
- Responsible for greeting and seating customers, taking orders and delivering food and drinks.
- Responsible for keeping up to date and communicating food and drink menus with customers.
- Responsible for communicating any service or customer issues immediately to the restaurant manager and resolving the issue(s).
- Responsible for ensuring customer feedback is received during service.
- Comply with daily and weekly checklists are completed.
- Ensure restaurant and bar areas are maintained in a clean and clutter free state.
- Ensure any customer food allergies or requests are actioned.
- Communicate service and booking information to the kitchen.
- Communicate customer feedback to the kitchen.
- Demonstrate knowledge of and be compliant with all current company and legislative requirements, including HSE/Fire Safety, licensing, COSHH.
- Undertake any relevant training.
