We are looking for exceptional General Manager to join our family! The Role of a General Manager is simple… to create unforgettable customer experiences for our valued customers!
Responsibilities
- Management of the team to ensure that exceptional food, pizzas and drinks are made and served.
- Communicate with customers and build exceptional experiences for them.
- Managing a team / supervisory experience.
- Ensure adherence to Health and Safety and other operational requirements.
- To achieve company targets such as sales, food costs, labour costs.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout each department to exceed customer expectations.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Recruit and train new members of staff with the support of the rest of the management team both front of house and back of house.
- Continuously look for opportunities to drive sales and ‘think outside the box’ and keeping in touch with the local community to maximise sales opportunities.
