Anderson Moores Veterinary Specialists are seeking an RVN to join our friendly, close‑knit nursing team in Winchester, Hampshire.
About the Role
This is a part‑time permanent position. The working hours are:
- Monday, Wednesday and Thursday – shifts between 7:30 am and 8:30 pm
- 1:4 Saturdays or Sundays – shifts between 7:30 am and 8:30 pm
About You
- Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) with proven experience in a similar role
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a busy environment
- Proactive “can‑do” attitude
- Eligible to work in the UK
You’ll be working alongside a wonderful team including a very supportive PCA team, and you’ll be fully supported by the whole nursing team.

Day‑to‑Day Duties
As a multidisciplinary RVN, you will be the real backbone of our hospital. You will rotate across the practice supporting all disciplines – providing outstanding care to patients and pet owners. Your breadth of skills and expertise is called on by all departments, allowing the provision of the essential treatment our patients need. As a Multidisciplinary Nurse no day is ever the same. The skills offered by this team provide the critical nursing services needed to allow the hospital to deliver the outstanding care we are known for. Our nurses have the opportunity to gain experience in a wide variety of disciplines. These include:
- Wards – Canine, Feline, Isolation and HDU
- Anaesthesia
