Park Vet Group are recruiting for a Receptionist to join their team based at their Glenfield branch. In this role you will have the opportunity to enhance your customer service skills whilst working with a friendly and supportive team. This is a permanent position working 38hrs per week, 1 in 6 Saturday mornings and bank holidays on a rota.
- Booking appointments
- Arriving clients for surgeries
- Dispensing medication
- Phone and email queries
- Taking payments
- Being confident about discussing finance
- Pro-active communication between clients and colleagues to ensure the day runs smoothly
- Administration duties e.g. scanning paperwork, filling in forms and taking payments.
Working hours:
- Monday 12‑7pm
- Tuesday 8‑3pm
- Wednesday 8‑3pm
- Thursday 12‑7pm
- Friday 8‑7pm
- 1 in 6 Saturdays at Glenfield and bank holidays on a rota
