We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Lead Client Care Associate at our branch in Priors Hall and are seeking that special someone who enjoys helping people, to join our team. The hours are full-time over 4 days.

The Client Care Associate plays a pivotal role within our team. They are responsible for the day-to-day running of our busy reception area, providing a first‑class service to our clients and supporting our clinical teams. This role will not only give you the opportunity to develop your customer care skills, in addition to this, we will support and develop you with CPD programmes to enhance your skills and capability as we believe in career development for all our associates.
