About the Role
We\’re currently looking for a Clinical Nursing manager to join our team at West Midlands referrals on a 12 months fixed term maternity contract. We are recruiting for an RVN at least 5 years post-qualification with leadership experience. We seek an excellent communicator that is highly organised and is comfortable working with autonomy in our busy practice. The clinical nursing manager role is key to the business ability to provide a high level of clinical standards ensuring that patients are managed as effectively as possible from a nursing perspective to support further growth of the practice. Working enthusiastically with the leadership team, you will demonstrate an excellent work protocol in all nursing duties while taking overall responsibility for our nursing team. The clinical nursing manager would organise and oversee patient flow on a day to day basis to ensure the most effective and efficient approach to the workload. Identifying and improving the efficiency of the patient pathway from admission through to discharge while ensuring that practice policies and group policies are adhered to support the provision of outstanding patient and client care.

- Taking responsibility along with leadership team for Practice Standards for whole practice
- Nursing team PDR\’s
Qualifications
The role requires a registered nurse (RVN) with at least 5 years post-qualification, experience in leadership and a strong communication and organisational skill set.

Additional Information
Admin time is allocated within the working week to allow all admin tasks to be completed in work time alongside full Clinical duties.
