At Cinos, we design and deliver innovative Audio Visual (AV) and Unified Communications (UC) solutions that enable organisations to work smarter. As our portfolio continues to grow across corporate, public-sector and construction-led environments, we’re looking for an experienced Technical Solutions Architect (Audio Visual) to join our Sales team.

This is a client-facing, consultative role working closely with Account Managers, fellow Solutions Architects, and delivery teams to create technically robust, commercially viable AV/UC solutions. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will act as a trusted technical advisor from early discovery through design and into delivery.

Success in this role is defined by high-quality technical design, strong stakeholder relationships, and solutions that meet both client objectives and commercial requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery and technical consultation sessions to understand user needs, environments, and business objectives
• Translate requirements into scalable, well-defined AV/UC solutions with clear use cases and user experience goals
• Produce high-quality technical designs including schematics, layouts, elevations, and performance specifications
