This is a full-time, on-site role located in Frimley for a Warehouse Assistant. The primary focus of the role is warehouse operations, stock control, asset management and logistics coordination. The role requires a motivated and proactive individual who can manage their workload effectively. There will be occasions where the role involves working independently and sometimes alone, so the successful candidate must be comfortable prioritising tasks, using initiative and maintaining standards without direct supervision.
Flexibility with working hours is required to support holiday cover and peak operational periods where business demands require additional support. The role may occasionally require travel to the other warehouse to provide operational support.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Able to prioritise workload independently and manage tasks without close supervision
- Uses initiative to identify and complete tasks
- Self-motivated, reliable and willing to learn
