Responsibilities
- Install and commission AV systems including meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, auditoria, and specialist environments
- Work from technical drawings, schematics, and project documentation to deliver systems accurately
- Support Project Managers with on-site delivery, progress updates, and issue resolution
- Configure and test AV hardware and software (displays, DSPs, control systems, VC platforms)
- Carry out system testing, fault-finding, and snag resolution
- Support handover to clients, including basic system demonstrations where required
- Maintain accurate documentation, commissioning records, and job updates
- Adhere to all environmental, health, and safety policies and site procedures
- Represent Cinos professionally on customer sites
Qualifications
- Experience working in an AV installation or project engineering role
- Good understanding of AV fundamentals, signal flow, and system architecture
- Comfortable working on live customer sites and collaborating with wider delivery teams
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel nationally as required
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms / Zoom Rooms
- Exposure to control systems or DSP configuration
- Industry certifications (e.g. CTS, manufacturer training)
- Experience working on construction-led or design-led projects
Salary & Benefits
