At Cinos we deliver innovative Audio Visual, Video Conferencing and Collaboration solutions to some of the UK’s leading organisations. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced and driven Support Engineer to join our expanding Support team in Scotland. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys problem solving, building strong customer relationships and working across a varied AV/VC environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing proactive and reactive maintenance support for AV and Video Conferencing solutions
- Fault finding and resolving technical issues in high-pressure, customer-facing environments
- Supporting installation projects between service calls
- Completing service documentation and reports accurately and on time
- Working closely with customers to deliver an exceptional support experience
- Identifying opportunities for service improvements or additional solutions
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and communication
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting AV and Video Conferencing environments
- Experience with AMX / Crestron systems
- Knowledge of Cisco codec configurations
- Basic IT networking knowledge
- Experience troubleshooting Polycom and Sound Structure equipment
- CTS qualification preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable working flexibly and responding to customer needs
