We’re looking for a freelance Roblox Avatar Asset Artist to support upcoming brand activations inside LifeTogether.
The Role
You’ll create collectible avatar accessories, branded event assets and activation content seen by millions of players. This is not a traditional UGC catalogue role. You’ll be creating assets specifically for in-game experiences and branded collaborations. You’ll work closely with our team to bring licensed IP, brand partnerships and event content into LifeTogether while maintaining the game’s visual identity.
What You’ll Do
- Create Roblox avatar accessories and wearable items
- Design collectible event rewards and accessories
- Create blind box reward assets
- Build branded props and environmental assets
- Create NPC assets for activations
- Implement and test assets in Roblox Studio
- Work from existing brand guidelines and approved materials
- Iterate based on client and stakeholder feedback
What We’re Looking For
- Strong Roblox Studio experience
- Experience creating avatar accessories and wearable assets
- Strong 3D modelling skills
- Understanding of Roblox technical limitations and optimisation
- Ability to match an existing visual style
- Comfortable working with revision cycles
- Good written and spoken English
Nice To Have
- Previous Roblox UGC experience
- Experience working with licensed brands
- Experience on roleplay or social simulation games
- Experience creating collectible or cosmetic systems
Example Project
A typical activation includes:
- A branded spawn area
- 1 NPC creation
- Seven collectible avatar accessories
- Blind box reward assets

Contract
Freelance contract, fully remote worldwide, project-based engagement, estimated duration: 3-5 working days, immediate start preferred, potential for future activation work if the collaboration is successful.
