Cinnamon is recruiting a Care Coordinator to aid the General Manager and Deputy Manager in the daily running of Earlsfield Court, a 72-bed home, around the clock. You will maintain high quality care standards and lead the team to ensure a person-centred approach, including supervising and covering duties in the Deputy Manager's absence.
You should have a relevant qualification and at least two years in long-term care, with COSHH, CQC and health & safety knowledge.
