We are currently recruiting for an engaging and outgoing Bar Manager to join our Truly Talented team. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day Bar operations.

Your role:
You will have an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for hospitality and a proven track record of growing fantastic teams by leading from the front, while keeping your guests at heart of everything that you do. We are looking for someone that holds and enjoys maintaining high standards, with a keen attention for detail. The ideal person for this role will be a true epicurean – a food and drink enthusiast, who maintains a solid and up-to-date understanding of the restaurant and bar scene.
As a Bar Manager, you will ensure the smooth operational running of our Bar in order to deliver an excellent and memorable experience for our guests. You will work closely with the General Manager, leading and evolving the F&B operations at the hotel, driving revenue, and ensuring that brand standards are met, and guests’ expectations are exceeded.

- Previous experience in working in highly acclaimed venues which have a reputation for great service
- Managing the day-to-day operations and activities within the Bar, ensuring the team deliver an exceptional experience for our guests
- Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
- Strong leadership and motivational skills which are capable of nurturing, developing and inspiring team members
- Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, Restaurant or Bar Manager (ready for the step-up)
- Excellent personal presentation
- An authentic and inspiring leader of people and business
- Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety procedures
