Join The Cinnamon Collection as a Sales and Events Coordinator. Are you a creative storyteller with a flair for strategy and a passion for hospitality? The Cinnamon Collection – pioneers of modern Indian cuisine – is currently seeking a passionate and engaging Events Coordinator to support our restaurant in driving our events offer and establishing strong relationships with the people and businesses in the areas local to our restaurants.

Your Role
- Support the Group Events Manager in all aspects of Events operations and administration across the business.
- Assist with enquiries, negotiations, bookings, event execution, invoicing, payment, and customer feedback.
- Maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction and maximise sales, covers, and revenue.
- Build and maintain relationships with regular and VIP guests.
- Maintain the reservation database/diary to reflect all booking details, amendments, cancellations, etc.
- Assist the Group Event Manager in organising weekly event site meetings.
- Ensure all events run smoothly and monitor operations and guest services.
- Attend any meetings or training sessions or courses as required.
- Continuously endeavour to improve customer service and experience.
- Attend certain showcases and food festivals that the company participates in throughout the year.

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Previous experience working as an Event Coordinator/Executive would be advantageous.
- Strong project management skills.
