Rectory Court is a stunning residential home located in Blackheath. This role reports to the Hospitality Supervisor and is a full-time position split between Rectory Court and Leah Lodge, just minutes apart.
You will lead, train and mentor the housekeeping and laundry teams while following infection control policies to maintain the highest standards. You will also be responsible for ensuring rotas, auditing housekeeping functions, and delivering exceptional customer care across both homes.
