A Top 20 Care Home Group 2025! Awarded ‘One of the UK’s Best Companies to Work For’. The Cinnamon Care Collection are looking for a full-time relief Chef to cover our care homes in the South. The role is to support all our homes across Hampshire, Bournemouth, Exeter and East Sussex whenever required.
Responsibilities:
- Cover holidays and any sickness as needed across the specified regions.
- Order, prepare and serve appetising freshly produced food, from local suppliers where possible, to ensure mealtimes are a highlight for residents.
- Work with a variety of menus created by Head Chefs and maintain high standards of cleanliness and health and safety.
- Provide catering for private events for residents as required.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of catering experience, ideally at Chef de Partie level with NVQ 2/3.
- Energetic and passionate about delivering exceptional food; able to work across multiple menus and be mentored by the Executive Chef.
- Hard working, professional and reliable; able to work across multiple locations as needed.

Contract & Location: Full-time relief Chef to cover care homes in the South (Hampshire, Bournemouth, Exeter and East Sussex). Salary £18.50 per hour. Mileage paid for all travel.
