Hartwood House is a stunning 50‑bedded residential and dementia care home based in Lyndhurst. We are looking for 2 enthusiastic, passionate and reliable carers to join our team, looking after our residential and dementia residents. We offer competitive hourly pay, paid breaks, uniform, paid DBS and additional company benefits.
Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of daily activities and meals.
- Support residents with mobility and exercise programmes.
- Document care plans and report changes in residents’ health or behaviour.
- Promote choice, individuality and independence for residents at all times.
- Physically and medically able to carry out duties and responsibilities with or without assistive aids.
- NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualification (or willingness to attend).
- Team player, self‑motivated, proactive, flexible and adaptable.
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload and work under pressure.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
