Responsibilities
- Work from menus created by the Head Chef to ensure mealtimes are a highlight of our residents’ days.
- Order, prepare and serve appetising freshly produced food from local suppliers where possible, while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and health & safety.
- Provide a fine‑dining experience with varied choices for every mealtime and cater for private events for residents.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of catering experience
- Ideally Chef de Partie level with NVQ 2/3
- Passion for working with the catering team, showcasing innovative and fine‑dining standard of food
