Eastcote Park is a luxury retirement community boasting 34 exclusive retirement apartments and a stunning 50 bedded care home providing residential, dementia and respite care.

We are looking for a Wellbeing & Lifestyle Coordinator to work full time hours or alternatively, there is scope for a job share working 20hrs per week. Flexibility is needed as alternate weekend working will be required along with the occasional evening if events are taking place.

The Wellbeing & Lifestyle Coordinator role is a hands-on working role with responsibility for coordinating a successful activities and volunteer programme within the Cinnamon home. This includes internal and external communication about activities-focused programmes for our residents.

To introduce appropriate activities for older people which support independence and to identify activities in the surrounding areas that will assist residents to integrate into the local community.

Main Responsibilities

  • Organise and conduct activities that encourage both social, mental and if appropriate physical stimulation for the residents within the home.
  • To help produce a monthly programme of events to be discussed with the General Manager of the home.
  • To encourage residents and team members to participate in the home's activities programme.
  • Maintenance of posters and notice boards within the home.
