Reporting to the Director of International Procurement & Global MRO, you’ll play a key role in shaping sourcing strategy, managing supplier performance, improving processes and partnering closely with Operations and Facilities teams across multiple territories. You’ll help drive value, innovation and best‑in‑class procurement practices across our UK, Europe and Israel brands within the Regal Cineworld Group.
Salary: From £65,000 depending on skills & experience

What will you be doing?
- Leading strategic sourcing initiatives and guiding cross-functional teams through planning, execution and implementation.
- Developing and owning multi-year sourcing strategies and project wave plans.
- Managing the full sourcing lifecycle: spend analysis, market assessment, RFx, negotiation, contracting and ongoing supplier management.
- Building strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple international territories.
- Developing supplier KPI’s, total cost of ownership (TCO) models and savings pipelines that align with business objectives.
- Identifying and driving process improvements and fostering continuous improvement across the procurement function.
- Supporting the delivery of improved guest experience, operational performance and commercial value.
About you
- You’ll bring experience leading strategic sourcing projects, with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a track record of taking initiatives from early planning through to successful implementation.
- You may hold a bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain or a related field, or have developed strong sourcing and procurement expertise through hands-on experience. Typically, we may expect candidates to have around 3-5 years of progressive experience but we’re open minded to the right skills and mindset.
- You’ll be confident building collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and aligning teams across different countries or categories.
- You’ll have excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and gain buy-in.
- You’ll be numerate, analytical and comfortable working with office and database tools to support decision-making and reporting.
