Cineworld NEC is looking for outgoing dynamic people who thrive in working in diverse environments and have the customer journey at the heart of everything they do. Cineworld NEC is situated within Resorts World, on the world famous NEC Complex. Home to Crufts, Good Food/Home, Spring Fair, Horse of the Year to name a few, as well as being alongside the Resorts World Arena - one of the busiest venues in the country! Having all these events and being situated near both Birmingham International train station and airport means we have all sorts of visitors at any given day through the year!
As a Team Member, you’ll be responsible for making sure every customer has an unrivalled cinema experience. You’ll be out there as the face of Cineworld, meeting, greeting and providing a superior standard of service to our customers in the various offer areas. Whether selling tickets, selling freshly prepared popcorn or showing people to their seats, you and your team mates will ensure everyone has a great time in a safe and clean environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Cash Handling
- Food Handling (Including Stock Replenishment)
- Cleaning
- Heavy Lifting
- Compliance with Health and Safety Regulations
- Increasing Sales
- Maintaining Standards
- Following Policies and Procedures
- Dealing Face to Face with large Groups of People
