Team Member – Aberdeen, Queens Links
PLEASE NOTE: FULL EVENING AND WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS ESSENTIAL FOR ALL ROLES
Cineworld Aberdeen Queen\’s Links is a 9 screen cinema, situated on a leisure park just outside of the city centre and right next to the beach and links golf course.
It operates a Concessions Stand, separate Baskin Robbins ice cream counter and Pic n Mix area along with a licensed Café Bar.
The cinema shows a diverse range of product including South Asian films, alternative content events, as well as mainstream Hollywood films. It also has strong links to local schools and businesses and has an excellent reputation for corporate events.
The full management team consists of a General Manager, 2 Cinema Managers & 4 Team Leaders.
About the role
As a Team Member, you’ll be responsible for making sure every customer has an unrivalled cinema experience.
You’ll be out there as the face of Cineworld, meeting, greeting and providing a superior standard of service to our customers in the various offer areas. Whether selling tickets, selling freshly prepared popcorn or showing people to their seats, you and your team mates will ensure everyone has a great time in a safe and clean environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Cash Handling
- Food Handling(Including Stock Replenishment)
- Cleaning
- Heavy Lifting
- Compliance with Health and Safety Regulations
- Increasing Sales
- Maintaining Standards
- Following Policies and Procedures
- Dealing Face to Face with large Groups of People
