Team Leader
If you are seeking a role with greater responsibility, the Team Leader position is ideal for you. You and your team will represent Cineworld, delivering an exceptional cinema experience for all customers. You will provide leadership and support to team members, ensuring a high standard of service, a safe, and clean environment for everyone.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Cash Handling (Including Reconciliation)
- Food Handling and Stock Control
- Use of Technology (e.g., IT Systems, Till Operations, Telephones)
- Cleaning
- Increasing Sales
- Maintaining Standards
- Dealing Face-to-Face with Large Groups of People
- Addressing and Resolving Complaints
- Induction and Training of Team Members
- Coaching Team Members
- Monitoring Compliance and Maintaining Standards
