Team Leader
If you are seeking a role with more responsibility, the Team Leader position is ideal for you. You and your team will be the face of Cineworld, committed to delivering an exceptional cinema experience for all our customers. In addition to providing leadership and support to team members, you will ensure a high standard of service, creating a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for everyone.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Cash Handling (including reconciliation)
- Food Handling and Stock Control
- Use of Technology (IT systems, till operations, telephones)
- Cleaning
- Increasing Sales
- Maintaining Standards
- Dealing face-to-face with large groups of people
- Addressing and resolving complaints
- Induction and training of team members
- Coaching team members
- Monitoring compliance and maintaining standards
