You and your team will be out there as the face of Cineworld, striving to deliver an unrivalled cinema experience for all Cineworld customers. In addition to providing leadership and support to the team members, you will be providing a superior standard of service to our customers and making sure everyone has a great time in a safe and clean environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Cash Handling (Including Reconciliation)
- Food Handling and Stock Control
- Use of Technology (e.g IT Systems, Till Operations, Telephones)
- Cleaning
- Increasing Sales
- Maintaining Standards
- Dealing Face to Face with Large Groups of People
- Addressing and Resolving Complaints
- Induction and Training of Team Members
- Coaching Team Members
- Monitoring Compliance and Maintaining Standards
