Cineworld Ashton is a 14 screen cinema boasting an IMAX, 4DX and Starbucks, located on Ashton Leisure Park. The management team consists of a General Manager, Deputy General Manager, 2 Cinema Managers, 5 Team Leaders and a team of approximately 40 Team Members. In addition, there is also 1 Starbucks Store Manager, 2 Store Supervisors and a team of approximately 10 Baristas.
Due to the fast paced and challenging nature of the cinema, this role is perfectly suited to an experienced Team Leader who is looking to progress within Cineworld. The ideal candidate will be fully available 7 days a week working a mixture of morning, afternoon and evening shifts Friday-Thursday.
You and your team will be out there as the face of Cineworld, striving to deliver an unrivalled cinema experience for all Cineworld customers. In addition to providing leadership and support to the Team Members, you will be providing a superior standard of service to our customers and making sure everyone has a great time in a safe and clean environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Cash Handling (Including Reconciliation)
- Food Handling and Stock Control
- Use of Technology (e.g IT Systems, Till Operations, Telephones)
- Cleaning
- Increasing Sales
- Maintaining Standards
- Dealing Face to Face with Large Groups of People
- Addressing and Resolving Complaints
- Induction and Training of Team Members
- Coaching Team Members
- Monitoring Compliance and Maintaining Standards
