- 2nd stage Competency interview with Global TA Manager & Global Head of Talent Management on Teams

What is the job?
Talent Acquisition is the engine room of an organisation, the powerhouse behind building a thriving business that is a force to be reckoned with. You could be that person for Cineworld & Picturehouse!
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process which will require collaboration with key stakeholders across the business to ensure that we attract, hire and onboard the right talent for Cineworld & Picturehouse.
You will be part of the newly formed Talent Team, reporting to our Global Talent Acquisition Manager, James Smith and working closely with the wider UK People Team.
What will you be doing?
- You will be managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process for all vacancies in Cineworld & Picturehouse CSOs (Cinema Support Offices); this includes general admin tasks, using creative sourcing strategies, conducting interviews and delivering a high standard of candidate experience & hiring manager experience.
- You will support the recruitment in our cinemas when needed with their ‘difficult to fill’ positions which includes, technical roles, niche roles or ‘hard to fill’ roles within cinemas when needed (eg. Chef’s, Projectionists, Generals Manager)
- Creative copywriting on job adverts to maximise their potential as an attraction tool and to best display our culture
- You will have a data focused approach to talent acquisition to ensure you keep on top of market trends and use key data insights to drive decision making and to educate internal stakeholders.
- You will support our People Services & People Development teams with the on-boarding process for new starters in both Cineworld and Picturehouse CSO’s.
About you
- You are confident in your ability to work autonomously whilst sourcing and attracting the best talent for Cineworld & Picturehouse. Drawing upon expertise to manage the end-to-end TA process and ensure that you continue to deliver a people centric approach to candidate experience.
- You don’t need specific industry experience but, if you are comfortable recruiting across a variety of business areas and understand when a situation needs reactive, fast-paced execution or a more laid-back approach, you will be a great fit.
- You enjoy getting your head into the data that is produced from each stage of the talent acquisition process and using that information to drive actionable insights and objectives.
