What is the job?
Are you someone who constantly strives to deliver better service, help teams perform better and deliver an all-round better experience to all your customers? We are looking for a new Deputy General Manager to support our General Manager of the Ipswich Cinema in all areas of operational running and management. From supporting our teams to deliver an immersive experience, you will be involved in all of it.
What do you get?

What will you be doing?
You will be supporting the General Manager in all aspects of the operational running of the cinema from recruitment to ad-hoc project work and assuming the role of duty manager when needed. You will have ‘people’ focused responsibilities which range from management of existing teams, employee relations issues, recruitment of new team members, training and holding regular meetings. You will have the customer at the heart of everything you do, ensuring the cinema is a clean and vibrant place where they can fully immerse themselves in the joyful experience of cinema. You will keep on top of operational duties by ensuring health and safety standards are met.
