As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading Team Members and your cinema's front of house operations. You will form part of the Cinema Leadership Team by acting as the first point of escalation for customer interactions, and assume the responsibility of a Duty Manager when required, which includes key-holding. Weekly working hours are contracted at 39 per week, and are expected to be worked across a mixture of morning, afternoon and evening shifts Monday-Sunday.
