Marketing Manager (Premium Formats) at Cineworld Cinemas Ltd
What is the job?
Do you want to spread the magic of cinema to people across the UK with captivating marketing campaigns? Translating your passion for cinema and the unforgettable experiences that our customers get from viewing a film via a premium formats, will be at the core of this role.
As our new Marketing Manager (premium formats), you will be sharing your love for the big screen and the magic it provides, with ‘through the line’ marketing campaigns aimed at driving admissions, market share & revenue.
You will report into our Senior Marketing Manager, Lisa Williams and collaborate with colleagues in the wider marketing team, across the business and external stakeholders to deliver these impactful campaigns that will help us deliver unforgettable experience for our customers.
What will you be doing?
- You will support the marketing of premium screen formats in the UK and Ireland including 26 IMAXs, 34 4DXs, 17 Superscreens and 22 ScreenX locations and growing. This includes launching new format openings, fully managing all campaign aspects from PR, Media and experiential, to launch events and review campaign performance.
- You will manage budgets, brief, plan and implement marketing activity to promote each proposition nationally or locally to suit the needs of Cineworld and our partners. This will also include leading on marketing campaigns for Amusement Gaming and special seating.
- You will support the wider business by scaling out campaigns across our international territories.
- You will strategically plan and implement co-branded marketing activity around key titles to overall drive a high ROI and increase market share, whilst providing partners IMAX, 4DX and ScreenX, with updates on campaign progress and results.
- You will be the external and internal point of contact for all proposition enquiries.
About you
- You have a background in integrated media with demonstrable experience in either PR, digital or event marketing; planning & managing multiple campaigns across a wide variety of channels (OOH, Digital, Social, Print, CRM, Etc.) at the same time where you have been required to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- You have delivered marketing campaigns for tiered customer offerings, similar to our \’ Premium Formats\’ screenings.
- You have a genuine love for film & cinema and would relish the chance to constantly portray that in your marketing campaigns.
- You are comfortable communicating effectively to stakeholders of all levels and marketing expertise about key campaign details, updates and milestones.
- You are someone that is continuously striving to solve problems, innovate with technology and improve marketing activities.
