What is the job?
As an Events Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in connecting our clients and cinemas – keeping things moving, making things happen and helping us to share joy through extraordinary experiences. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, the organiser behind the scenes, and the go-to person for making sure every detail is spot on. If you love events, thrive on variety, and excel at keeping things beautifully organised, this could be your perfect next step. Please note this is a secondment with a minimum duration of 3 months.
What will you be doing?
- You will manage all incoming event and private hire enquiries, acting as the first point of contact and coordinating bookings, meetings, and CRM updates with efficiency and professionalism.
- You will handle the administrative side of events, including preparing contracts, raising invoices, tracking payments, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- You will support the team by generating clear, insightful reports on reservations, cancellations, and customer feedback, helping us continuously improve our event delivery.
About you
- You are confident communicating with customers and stakeholders, whether it's over email, on the phone, or in person, and you know how to make people feel heard and supported.
- You bring experience from customer service, hospitality, entertainment, or retail, and if you've worked in events, that's a bonus.
- You're highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive, with the flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends when the events calendar calls for it.
You will be a great fit if our values resonate with you: We Create, We Perform, We Inspire.
