About you
- You are confident communicating with customers and stakeholders, whether it’s over email, on the phone, or in person, and you know how to make people feel heard and supported.
- You bring experience from customer service, hospitality, entertainment, or retail, and if you’ve worked in events, that’s a bonus.
- You’re highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive, with the flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends when the events calendar calls for it.
You will be a great fit, if our values resonate with you: We Create, We Perform, We Inspire.
