Cineworld Cheltenham is an 11 screen cinema in the heart of the Cotswolds. It has 4DX and IMAX screens as well as a popular Starbucks store.
The Role of the Starbucks Barista is to contribute to Starbucks’ success by providing legendary customer service to all customers by providing them with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. The Barista is responsible for acting in accordance with, and as an ambassador for Starbucks guiding principles, culture and values; embracing the coffee culture and keeping it at the heart of everything we do.

- Embracing the coffee culture and keeping it at the heart of everything we do
- Discovering and responding to customers’ needs, providing product sampling and demonstrations to deliver the Starbucks Experience to customers.
- Follow Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, security and health and safety to ensure the safety of self, customers and partners at all times.
Not only may you be able to see films before they’re open to the public, you will also be eligible for the Premiere Pass which entitles you and a guest complimentary cinema visits and discounts on food and drink, so you can all enjoy a night at the movies on us!
