Would you thrive in a position where you can leverage the power of paid, owned & earned marketing to deliver the magic of cinema to even more people UK-wide?
You could be our new Campaign Manager here at Cineworld where you will work with the Senior Marketing Manager, Lisa Williams, to manage & deliver national marketing campaigns to drive higher revenue through our cinemas.
You will need to get your creative juices flowing to ensure that your campaigns nationwide drive higher footfall in the cinemas and play the first part in our vision of creating joy for our customers through unforgettable experiences.

What will you be doing?
- You will be managing all national marketing campaigns through paid, owned and earned channels (OOH, SEO, PPC, radio, BVOD, social, press, display, website, CRM, App etc.), to drive higher admissions, higher market share and higher revenue within Cineworld’s award winning marketing team.
- You will create collateral, manage multiple projects, manage multiple internal and external stakeholders to deliver across our Unlimited Membership Program, Food, Drink & Merchandise offerings, Family Tickets, Gifting, Film Seasons, South Asian Cinema and Private Venue Hire. Plus ad hoc duties as required.
- You will need to use your organisational skills to deliver against strict deadlines, manage campaign budgets, conduct market research and carry out post campaign analysis, which will drive a culture of continuous improvement within the marketing department.
- You will support management of field relationships to ensure buy-in, consistent delivery and excellent implementation of all marketing campaigns in cinema and marketing agency relationships, ensuring excellent levels of service delivery and output.
About you
- You don’t need experience in the cinema industry but experience in related industries such as leisure, retail or F&B is ideal.
- You will have a proactive approach to work, keeping your finger on the pulse of market changes whilst being comfortable in a large matrixed organisation that fosters a culture of cross-team collaboration.
- You must have demonstrable experience in marketing roles where you have worked with a degree of autonomy.
- You must have experience of PR & media buying to support delivery of creative & effective strategies for customer facing campaigns and experience working with budgets.
