As the face of Cineworld, you and your team will strive to deliver an unrivalled cinema experience for all customers. In addition to providing leadership and support to team members, you will ensure a superior standard of service and a safe, clean environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Cash Handling (Including Reconciliation)
- Food Handling and Stock Control
- Use of Technology (e.g. IT Systems, Till Operations, Telephones)
- Cleaning
- Increasing Sales
- Maintaining Standards
- Dealing Face to Face with Large Groups of People
- Addressing and Resolving Complaints
- Induction and Training of Team Members
- Coaching Team Members
- Monitoring Compliance and Maintaining Standards
