Cineflix Rights is currently looking to fill the full-time role of Sales Coordinator, based on a hybrid schedule in our London, UK office. Reporting to the SVP Program Sales Pan-Regional, UK, Eire, and Scandinavia, the Sales Coordinator will support the European based sales team by tracking offers and sales, assisting with deal preparation, managing updates on the business management software (NetSuite), liaising with other departments, coordinating travel and events, and facilitating the deal-making process across departments. This role requires close collaboration with internal departments including Sales, Marketing, Legal, Operations, and Finance. The successful candidate will be integral to the smooth execution of sales activities and deal servicing at Cineflix Rights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track offers and sales, assist with creating projections and models
  • Input deals in NetSuite and update weekly
  • Track workflow of contracts, amendments, and notifications
  • Maintain filing systems for deals and contracts
  • Understand and assist with deal memos and distribution contracts
  • Support sales team with budget tracking spreadsheets
  • Coordinate pre and post-sales service with marketing, legal, and operations
  • Support the team in their preparation for budgets and other administrative tasks
  • Use NetSuite reports to track offers, client feedback and windows
  • Collaborate with BLA team, Acquisitions team, Finance team and Materials team on the sales team’s behalf
  • Liaise with clients on mail outs and upcoming releases
  • Arrange screeners/links and assist with sales and marketing brochures
  • Arrange and coordinate complex business travel and events
  • Prepare market guides and schedules
  • Manage and maintain busy diaries and coordinate meetings across time zones
  • Prepare and submit expense reports
  • Schedule internal and external meetings
  • Provide support with research and strategy for ad hoc projects
  • Other administrative tasks as directed by the Manager

Skills & Experience

  • Industry Passion and Knowledge: Passion for the film and TV industry. At least 5 years experience working in a sales office space job with at least 1 year experience with NetSuite or an equivalent CRM. Ability to interpret Rights availabilities reports.
  • Technical Proficiency: Highly experienced with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, experience with dealing with external clients in relation to sales agreements, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with other departments, collaborative team player and strong individual contributor.
  • Organizational and Problem-Solving Abilities: Effective under pressure and responsive to deadlines, creative thinker with problem-solving skills, strong organization and prioritization skills, adaptable to changing objectives and fast-paced environments, proactive with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Language Skills: Knowledge of one or more of the following languages: French, German, Spanish and Italian is an asset.
