The predicted salary is between 56900 - 62400 ÂŁ per year.

Salary: ÂŁ65,900 - ÂŁ78,000 + up to 15% bonus + Private Medical

Location: Hybrid - travel to Manchester and London required on occasion (Ideally Manchester once a week)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week (9:00am – 5:30pm)

What you’ll be working on:

  • Own the vision, roadmap and day‑to‑day delivery for the Marketplace squad
  • Define and deliver a seamless omni‑channel sales experience across Marshall and cinch
  • Partner with customer‑facing teams to deliver unified in‑store tooling that elevates both digital and physical journeys
  • Develop enterprise‑level services that support thousands of users, working closely with Tech Ops teams to ensure reliability, scalability and smooth delivery
  • Manage key technology relationships across cinch’s partner network
  • Turn complex problems into clear, actionable opportunities that boost productivity, purchasing and aftersales performance
  • Lead and empower a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑impact outcomes
  • Communicate a clear vision and translate it into achievable goals
  • Plan and manage your delivery pipeline while navigating cross‑team dependencies
  • Turn user insights into well‑defined stories that guide your team

Things we’d love to see:

  • Experience building or improving enterprise level tooling to drive tangible results and measurable ROI
  • Automotive background (OEM, Franchise or Independent Retailer) — useful but not essential
  • Ability to simplify complex initiatives into clear narratives for c-suite leaders and senior stakeholders
  • Confidence working within regulated environments
  • Strong ability to balance commercial goals with great customer outcomes
  • Excellent negotiation skills across internal and external partners

Location: We have offices in London, Manchester, Bedford and Hook. Most of our Product & Engineering teams are based in Manchester but we are actively expanding our presence outside of Manchester. We welcome applicants from across the UK who can work in a hybrid model.
