Location: Hybrid - travel to Manchester and London required on occasion (Ideally Manchester once a week)

What you’ll be working on:
- As the Senior Product Owner – AI at cinch you’ll shape and own the vision and roadmap for AI across our business, grounded in customer value, organisational alignment, and curiosity about what’s possible.
- Bring together product, engineering, design, data and operational teams to explore, validate and deliver AI‑enabled opportunities across the journey.
- Champion consistent, scalable use of artificial intelligence and data to improve personalisation, search, CRM, customer support and operational efficiency.
- Drive collaborative discovery, prioritisation and delivery of AI‑inspired initiatives, ensuring clarity on ROI, value and effort across all stakeholders.
