What you’ll be working on:
- Own the vision and roadmap for the part-exchange and order management products, driving a seamless and transparent experience from valuation to order completion.
- Break down complex problems in order to help customers buy or sell a car working with teams within cinch, Marshall and across Constellation Automotive Group.
- Build and articulate your product vision to the team, translating strategy into meaningful outcomes and delivery goals.
- Lead a key area of an evolving product with a talented multidisciplinary team (Engineers, UXers, Service Designers and Analysts).
- Planning the pipeline of delivery for your product, working closely with other product owners and stakeholders to manage dependencies and overlapping user journeys.
- Translate user needs into compelling user stories, bringing the whole team along for the ride.
- Make informed prioritisation decisions, balancing customer needs, commercial value, technical complexity and operational considerations.
- Define success measures and KPIs for your product area, using customer insight, analytics and commercial performance data to drive prioritisation and measure impact.

- Strong negotiation skills both internally and externally.

Location:
We have offices in London, Manchester, Bedford and Hook. Most of our Leadership Team is based in Milton Keynes but we are open to other locations where more suitable. We welcome applicants from across the UK who can work in a hybrid model. Subject to government guidance, this hybrid working model will expect employees to spend a few days a month in the office alongside colleagues, while the others can be worked from home. You’ll typically have a base office, which is the one that is closest to you.
