Salary: £65,900 - £78,000 + up to 15% bonus + Private Medical
Location: Hybrid - travel to Manchester and London required on occasion (ideally Manchester once a week)

What you’ll be working on:
- Shape and own the vision and roadmap for AI across our business, grounded in customer value and organisational alignment.
- Bring together product, engineering, design, data and operational teams to explore, validate and deliver AI‑enabled opportunities across the journey.
- Champion consistent, scalable use of artificial intelligence and data to improve personalisation, search, CRM, customer support and operational efficiency.
- Drive collaborative discovery, prioritisation and delivery of AI‑inspired initiatives, ensuring clarity on ROI, value and effort across all stakeholders.
- Lead a multidisciplinary squad, creating focus and supporting safe, responsible adoption of AI.
- Define clear success indicators (conversion, retention, NPS/CSAT, operational efficiency, cost‑to‑serve, safety) and ensure they guide prioritisation.
- Translate complex or ambiguous needs into clear, outcome‑focused stories backed by data, instrumentation and experimentation practices.
- Build alignment through strong communication, storytelling and cross‑team collaboration, ensuring stakeholders at every level share a common understanding.
