We are seeking an experienced New or Used Car Sales Manager to lead our sales teams in Northampton. This role will see you use your sales management experience to lead the team in delivering great outcomes for our customers.
Role Accountabilities:
Reporting to the Head Of Cinch Stores, this is a fantastic opportunity to join an amazing brand. You will help to oversee our Cinch Squad team with used vehicle sales. We are looking for someone to drive the team and business forward with previous experience in budgeting and forecasting.
The role will include but not limited to:
- Managing the used vehicle stock to ensure it is prepared and advertised within a timely manner
- Managing and meeting site standards
- Managing the whole team in store
- Motivating the team to deliver great outcomes for customers as well as achieving weekly sales targets on vehicles
- Liaising with customers, both face-to-face and by phone/email
- Dealing with customer complaints in an efficient and effective manner
- Working to promote vehicles and services on offer in the dealership and online
- Ensuring excellent customer service that results in great customer outcomes, consistently recognised in high customer satisfaction index scores
Personal Characteristics:
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience as a Sales Manager within the automotive industry. In addition to your experience, you will demonstrate the following:
