The predicted salary is between 55000 - 78000 £ per year.
£65,000 - £78,000 per annum plus up to 15% bonus, private medical and enhanced Pension. Hybrid - travel to Manchester and London required on occasion (Ideally Manchester once a week).

What you’ll be working on:
- Own the vision and roadmap for the part-exchange and order management products, driving a seamless and transparent experience from valuation to order completion.
- Break down complex problems to help a customer buy or sell a car working with teams within cinch and across Constellation Automotive Group.
- Build and articulate your product vision to a growing team, breaking its delivery into meaningful and achievable goals.
- Lead a key area of an evolving product with a talented multidisciplinary team (Engineers, UXers, Service Designers and Analysts).
- Planning the pipeline of delivery for your product, working closely with other product owners and stakeholders to manage dependencies and overlapping user journeys.
- Translate user needs into compelling user stories, bringing the whole team along for the ride.

- Data centric approach – understand the research and numbers. Know what they’re telling you about your customers and your product, know what signs of success to look for and how to get the data you need to make good decisions.
- Care about the ‘why’ above all else and are prepared to cut through the noise to get there.
- Ability to lead, organise and inspire designers and engineers with a clear and inclusive vision.
- At home facilitating workshops and involving others in decision making.
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills, able to challenge and influence senior stakeholders and team members.
- You have curiosity, resilience and a willingness to explore new technologies – including AI – to unlock better outcomes.
- Passion above all else, you won’t have all the answers from day one, but you’ll know how to get there.
Things we’d love to see:
- Experience of working on consumer credit products which put the customer first.
- Ability to evaluate how to extract the most value from 3rd parties, and have helped shape external roadmaps to support your objectives.
- You understand the do’s and don’ts of operating in a regulated industry and can demonstrate previous examples of this.
- You’re an expert at balancing commercial objectives with customer outcomes.
- Strong negotiation skills both internally and externally.
- You have a vision on the future of finance and consumer credit products for the future and back this up with data and insight.
Location: We have offices in London, Manchester, Bedford and Hook. Most of our Product & Engineering teams are based in Manchester but we are actively expanding our presence outside of Manchester. We welcome applicants from across the UK who can work in a hybrid model. Subject to government guidance, this hybrid working model will expect employees to spend a few days a month in the office alongside colleagues, while the others can be worked from home. You’ll typically have a base office, which is the one that is closest to you.
