Role Accountabilities:
- Ensuring all guests consistently receive a professional and courteous welcome
- Caring for and providingrefreshments to customers and visitors who are waiting for another member of the team
- Assist as necessary to maximise the customers’ comfort while they are on site
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of customer facing and other areas to ensure the desired image of the dealership is maintained
- Maintain a basic knowledge of the products and services in order to answersales and service enquiries from the customers
