You:
We are seeking an experienced Car Sales Manager or Business Manager to assist the management team at our new store in Corby.This role will see you grow your skills as a Manager enhancing your people skills withthe day to day running of the business.
Role Accountabilities:
- Managing the Sales Executives
- Motivating the team to deliver great outcomes for customers as well as achieving weekly sales targets on vehicles
- Liaising with customers, both face-to-face and by phone/email
- Dealing with customer complaints in an efficient and effective manner
- Working to promote vehicles and services on offer in the dealership and online
- Ensuring excellent customer service that results in greatcustomer outcomes
Personal Characteristics/ Previous experience:
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve both quality & quantity goals
- A calm and professional manner
- Previous experience as a sales leader within the automotive industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- A full UK driving licence, maximum 6 points, no driving disqualifications, over 21 and been driving for at least 2 years for insurance purposes(required)
