About The Role
Salary: £26,000
Location: Avonmouth
Working Hours: 44 hours per week, between the hours of 6am-6pm - Rotating shift pattern
Job Status: Permanent

What you’ll be working on:
- As a Vehicle Handover Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional end-to-end experience for cinch customers.
- Collect and deliver vehicles daily between cinch sites and customers, ensuring safe and efficient transport.
- Carry out vehicle checks and inspections, preparing each car to cinch's high standards before handover.
- Provide a full, friendly and informative handover experience, including a complete walkaround and answering customer questions.
- Support customers with car-related queries, helping them feel confident and comfortable with their new vehicle.
- Work as part of a coordinated team of drivers to deliver a consistently excellent customer experience.
Things we look for in you:
- Experience in automotive or driving is desirable but not required as full training will be given.
- A 'can-do' attitude for this hands-on, physical role where no two days are the same.
- Organised and proactive.
- Punctual with great time management skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to work alone or within a team.
- Held a Full UK Licence for more than 2 years, with 9 or less points.
