About The Role
Due to the formation of a new department, we are looking for a Mobile Repair Technician to join a national technician’s team to support our customers. This role is ideal for a Level 3 Technician who enjoys versatile day-to-day job activities as every day brings new challenges. You will interact face-to-face with customers, providing professional service. As a Mobile Repair Technician, you will not be required to have your own tools; they will be provided with a work van.
Responsibilities
- Carry out general servicing of vehicles and repairs (if qualified)
- Diagnose problems on vehicles in the workshop and, if needed, undertake electrical diagnosis on vehicles
- Carry out all repairs in line with approved methods to restore vehicles to their original condition
- Deal with warranty repairs in line with manufacturer standards
- Ensure all relevant documentation is accurately completed and company procedures are followed
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic / Mechanical Inspector
- Qualified to City and Guilds or NVQ Level 2 or 3
- Full valid UK driving licence, held for a minimum of 2 years
