About the Role
Mobile Vehicle Technician – Level 2 or 3.
Location: Northampton.
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.
Status: Permanent.
Responsibilities
- Carry out general servicing of vehicles and repairs (if qualified).
- Diagnose problems on vehicles in the workshop and, if needed, undertake electrical diagnosis.
- Carry out all repairs in line with approved methods to restore vehicles to their original condition.
- Deal with warranty repairs in line with manufacturer standards.
- Ensure all relevant documentation is accurately completed and all company procedures are followed.
Tools and a work van will be provided; you are not required to bring your own tools.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic / Mechanical Inspector.
- Qualified to City and Guilds or NVQ Level 2 or 3.
- Full valid UK driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years.
